Our Fair Work Policy

Our relationship with our suppliers is vital to the success of our business. A genuinely fair workplace relations system must be small-business friendly, responsive to changing domestic and international conditions, and receptive to the needs of all parties. There are many benefits for our suppliers in working with us; we always endeavor to ensure that we engage with best practices and fair policies. Here are some of the things you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

What you can expect from us

  • We will be honest, transparent, and fair at all times
  • We will always keep supply partners quickly updated on any changes to a booking
  • Our office and operations team are available 24/7
  • Any complaints from a supply partner will be dealt with promptly and competently - an initial response from us within 24 hours
  • We will ensure that payments are made as per the contract
  • We will offer our technology to you, for use with your customers, on a non-compete basis
  • We will never remove work from a supply partner after the job is accepted, based on our having received a better rate

What we expect from you

  • To provide and honor the service booked
  • Agree that if a job is returned and cannot be recovered you may be responsible for any costs or losses incurred
  • Ensure your drivers are trained, polite, presentable, and professional at all times
  • Ensure all driving is in line with legal requirements eg not using handheld mobile phones
  • Ensure your vehicles are well maintained, are provided per the booking requirement (e.g standard or luxury), and comply at all times with local and national regulations.
  • Respond quickly, fairly, and with empathy to any issues or complaints raised by our customers
  • Communicate real-time with our 24/7 operations office with regards to any problems; especially if you will be late to any pickup point
  • Work with us if you foresee any problems with an upcoming booking
  • Not to solicit work or future bookings directly from our customers
  • Work with the agreed payment terms at all times unless specifically agreed in writing
  • Where trips involve children drivers will always have a current WWC check in place, and vehicles provided will always have functioning seatbelts
  • Take care to ensure quotes offered are accurate and available
  • Make every effort to be on-site 10-15 minutes prior to the agreed pick-up times, and if necessary, immediately, inform us of any changes
  • Leave notes on quotes if any additional charges will need to be passed on to the customer
