The coach company arranged the airport pick for our big group with 79 people. The passport control in airport was very slow, the group spent over 3 hours to exit from airport. The 2 drivers are very on time and with good patience. They can communicate with us very well and show good understanding on what\\'s going on in the airport. I have to say the service was excellent. A beautiful coach arrived in plenty of time. The two drivers were courteous kind and considerate as most of the passengers were elderly. Their names were Glen and Mervin. I was aware from the outset they were competent but their good humour and helpfulness was above and beyond what I expected.

Overall a good experience and was able to accommodate a big enquiry at short notice which was very appreciated. Reece in Operations was incredibly helpful. One thing that could have improved was the detailed notes and descriptions were not passed across to the coach provider meaning they got in touch asking for the same information I have already provided (flight numbers etc.) last minute when I was out of office. I had also booked for a one hour shuttle service but the provider wasn't aware of this and had only scheduled in 2 x 1 way trips. Would use again due to the experience I had with the customer service however will be sceptical on knowing that all the information has been communicated/ passed across correctly and therefore will be ready to re-send this information.

Most impressed with the coach for our company Christmas Party. We made the booking quite late, only 2 weeks before the event and a coach was available. The driver Wajad Ali was most friendly and turned up slightly late due to traffic, however I was notified of this and was being updated accordingly. Everything went smoothly, from beginning to end, the driver was absolutely lovely, the mini van was very comfortable. I did request a executive mini van with a dvd player, but u fortunately our bus did not have the dvd player requested. In addition, just one thing that could be improved, is informing your customers their is an hourly maximum that driver can do, so that they are aware if additional time is needed.

Outstanding service and staff for a same day last minute booking. I was let down by a previous company on the morning I had booked for an afternoon transfer to the airport. I was able to get a reasonable priced quote & the booking was confirmed once payment was accepted. I was nervous to be let down again but was assured that a driver & transport was in hand. I received the drivers details an hour later who was very friendly & professional. The company called me to check that the driver was on time which I was happy to confirm was. I will be passing on the coach companies details to my colleagues & will defiantly be using them myself in the future.

I had booked a midibus for a 17-strong group to go from Newcastle to Holy Island for a day-trip and added another job two days later because of a train strike. Both drivers were competent, friendly and on time. Online and telephone communication went smoothly (from Germany as well as after our group's arrival in the UK.) I experienced one problem inputting my German mobile phone number when I first applied for the quote and gave my landline number instead, which I was later allowed to change for free. I don't know whether the problem was with CoachCompany's software or at my end. Also, the text asked for a UK contact number, which is not exactly inviting if you order from abroad. You might consider changing that ;-))

Even in the large bus on the small roads the drivers were great, and helpful with luggage and pleasant to guests. Upon my first dealings with the Coach Company it was with Adam and this part of the service was excellent. Once the booking was made I dealt with Ken & Kanni and they were very helpful. It did take a lot of calls and emails to finalise so therefore I was very disappointed when one of the main travellers had difficulties on the day of the trip. The Driver Shrakir was nearly an hour late and didn't seem to know his way to the pick up point at Terminal 3. Feedback from one of the Party: There are some areas that are worthy of note: at an administrative level i.e. with the Coach Co. we had asked them, if possible, that the coach would be there before 8:30am. The coach arrived around 9:20am, and the driver was not fully aware as to where Terminal 3 arrivals was located. I had to call him a couple of times to help provide direct as to where we were, and what time his ETA was. Also, it was a long drive to and from Spadeadam, with no stops, there is potential for the driver to get...

The booking was great. The agents I worked with were amazing. Making the one minor change was a bit of a hassle, but only a minor one. A cancelled flight meant we needed to fly a group of 29 people from Stansted instead of Manchester at short notice. I rang Melvyn at The Coach Company and within minutes he organised a coach for us. He was really helpful, changed the time slightly to suit us and organised not only the bus but the necessary paperwork for us with speed and utmost helpfulness. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Sadly our charter flight also fell through and Melvyn organised a mini-bus the next day for the 12 people who needed to return to Manchester. So helpful at a very stressful time. First time using this company and i would definitely use them again. I changed the booking a couple of times and they were very patient and helpful each time i contacted. They send through confirmations off all bookings a few days before the trip which is very useful and even send a contact number for the driver you will have on the day. Coaches arrived in good time and were where they needed to be.

The itinerary, for what was a whole afternoon of travel to various places in Surrey from London, was quite complex. However the booking arrangements and confirmation of the detailed arrangements was spot on. On the day we could not have been better served by Ian, our driver. He not only understood the relevance of this family occasion for 15 of us from different parts of the world, but also entered fully into it the spirit of it. He was an excellent and considerate driver who was on time everywhere. He was also very flexible to cope with slight local changes to the itinerary to cater for the disruption of the rail strike on that day. We are very grateful and thankful for a lovely experience. The collection was very prompt and the driver was very polite and helpful and we arrived in good time. The return trip wasn't so great. The coach driver parked a good 15 minute walk away from the venue and we couldn't find him as he didn't contact us to say he had arrived. After waiting 20 mins I phoned the office to be told the driver said he had spoken to me!!. I was given his mobile number and we eventually tracked him down, when we arrived at the coach he shouted at my daughter because we were late!!

Our experience with The COach COmpany was brilliant. Our driver CLive was very knowledgeable and amenable and filled us in on some of the local history around Liverpool city centre. On the way back from paintball, he offered to stop by Goodison Park and Anfield so poeple in our group could get some photos. All in all avery easy, efficient, and professional experience and I would definitely book with The Coach Company again.

Our trip with the Coach Company was fantastic. I had booked for a football cup final with my team, there was plenty of room for our luggage and very spacious inside. Sikaander our driver was brilliant as well, very easy to communicate with, was helpful with our bags and on time throughout our trip. An excellent service with an excellent and very helpful driver. My chosen point at Euston Station was very difficult for the driver, due to HS2 works, but he found a place a few minutes walk away, let me know in good time, and was very helpful for people with mobility problems to board. Despite the long delay due to roadworks en route, he made up time and delivered us to our destination exactly on time. He also made it possible for us to leave a bit earlier than planned, and once again was very helpful to those in our group who had mobility problems. Everyone in the group wanted me to convey our thanks and appreciation to him (Hussain or Junior as he prefers!). I'll certainly use your company in the future.

The driver arrived little before time and he was most helpful and patient whilst I was trying to get our party on to the coach. In the end we only needed the one journey( booked for 3) as a lot of our guests either walked or took there own car to the next venue. This is something I could not plan for.
