As you may already be aware, we have recently updated both our Supplier Terms & Conditions and Payment
Terms. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring clarity, consistency, and fairness in
the way we work with our supplier network.
We kindly ask that you take the time to read through both documents in full. Once reviewed, you will be
required to sign a declaration confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these
updated terms. Please note that these new terms supersede all previous agreements and will be the only terms
applicable between thecoachcompany and our suppliers moving forward.
It is essential that this agreement is signed and returned. Failure or refusal to do so will unfortunately
result in your removal from our supplier system, as compliance with these terms is a condition of continuing
to work with us.
