This is a final reminder and enforcement notice regarding the updated Supplier
Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms, which were issued in August.
All suppliers are required to have reviewed, signed, and acknowledged these documents. These terms
supersede
all previous agreements and are the only terms applicable when carrying out
work on behalf of
thecoachcompany.
Please be advised that by accepting or undertaking any work from us, you are confirming
that you agree to
and are bound solely by OUR Terms & Conditions. No alternative terms will be accepted.
Deadline for Compliance
All suppliers must have the signed acknowledgement returned by close of business on
30th January 2026
