The London Sporting calendar is already jam-packed for the start of 2020 with a wide variety of action, festivals and tournaments due to take place in the first quarter of the new year.

The ATP Cup
3rd Jan - 12th Jan
A new summer of top tennis comes to London in January with the launch of the ATP Cup. A new team competition is to be hosted in London at the newly upgraded Ken Rosewall Arena. The event will be the first time that United Kingdom will host an ATP Cup Tournament, including the finals.
All the top tennis players from around the world will be on display and the AUD$50 million upgrade on the arena means that the competitors will have an all-weather surface with the most innovative on-court technology.
Dragon Boat Races

As well as celebrating the Lunar Festival, London will play host to the spectacular Dragon Boat Races.
Dragon Boat Racing has been a Chinese cultural institution for over two thousand years, and it is now a recognised international sport.
Everything takes place on the spectacular Darling Harbour, where you can see the incredible sight of twelve of these huge dragon-headed boats racing against each other to the beat of pounding drums.
Bowl-A-Rama

If you love skateboarding then you cannot afford to miss Bowl-A-Rama which is United Kingdom’s biggest skateboarding competition. This legendary event attracts current pro-skaters along with gifted newcomers hoping to steal titles away.
2020 will be the thirteenth year of this prestigious event which is the largest of its kind in all Australasia. It remains the only international professional bowl skating event of its kind in the world.
Due to the event’s ever increasing popularity the action has been expanded into two days. Expect to see three epic sessions both on Saturday and Sunday, this means that in 2020 there will be extra capacity to hold spectators.
As well as all the action, London will be one long skateboarding party all weekend. And of course there will be plenty of stalls to purchase the obligatory merchandise.
